Terms of Use

Last updated September 16, 2026

These terms explain the conditions for using MeDay. By downloading or using MeDay, you agree to these terms.

License

MeDay is developed by jiayifun. Through the App Store, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use MeDay on devices associated with your own Apple Account, subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Don't reverse engineer, crack, or redistribute MeDay.

MeDay Pro

The free version shows the last 7 days. Earlier days, past months, widgets, and share styles other than the calendar require MeDay Pro. Not having MeDay Pro never deletes any of your data, and all of it becomes viewable once you join.

MeDay Pro is a one-time purchase. It isn't a subscription and doesn't renew automatically. Once purchased, it's yours for good.

Purchases, receipts, and refunds are all handled by Apple. The developer never has access to your payment information and can't issue refunds. To request a refund, use Apple's request page.

After switching devices or reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on the MeDay Pro page.

About health data

MeDay isn't a medical device and doesn't provide medical, diagnostic, or health advice. The sleep, steps, workouts, heart rate, and other data it shows come from Apple Health and are for your own viewing and reflection only. Don't make medical decisions based on anything MeDay shows. If you have health concerns, talk to a doctor.

Third-party services

MeDay can read your own WeRead data. This requires an API Key from your own account, and you must follow WeRead's terms of service when using it. MeDay isn't affiliated with WeRead. The availability of WeRead's service, the accuracy of the data it returns, and any changes to it are outside the developer's control.

Weather comes from Apple's WeatherKit and music comes from Apple Music. Each is subject to Apple's applicable terms.

Your data and backups

Your content is stored on your own device (and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud). The developer doesn't have a copy of your data and can't recover it for you. Deleting the app, erasing your device, or deleting your iCloud data results in permanent loss, so keep your own backups.

Changes to the app

MeDay may update features, change data sources, or remove a capability because a third-party service has changed. Significant changes will be noted in the release notes.

Disclaimer

MeDay is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer isn't liable for data loss, indirect damages, or lost profits resulting from your use of the app. This doesn't affect your consumer rights under the laws where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. You also have the consumer rights granted by the laws where you live.
